Error, Warning, whatever?
** (nm-applet:28121): WARNING **: Could not retrieve dbus connections: Failed to execute program /usr/libexec/dbus-daemon-launch-helper: Success. So ... is it a WARNING, an ERROR or SUCCESS?
Things like that can really foul up my mood. I mean ... errors are not warnings, or we'd call them warnings. And warnings are not just verbose output. And seriously ... what makes me think about turning cute bunnies into dinner ... what the bleeeeep is that stray "Success" doing there? You just FAILED. Left a smoking crater. Was that the goal of the operation? If it was you are one sick puppy and should be euthanized.
Now I'm wondering what kind of ... uhm ... brain activity leads to such things. I can't imagine a scenario where that even sounds like a good idea, so I guess I'm just too sober. I've seen the same aaaaaaaaaaaaargh in yum before (Failed after randomly removing glibc, then printed about 50 errors, then printed "Success." on the last line), so maybe it's a common Software Design Pattern. I just hope that I never have to see it again, because it is so wrong that even the opposite isn't right.
